When your body becomes a bottleneck, everything else gets more expensive
Private Manual Therapy for High Performers, Executives & Professionals
Long hours, travel, responsibility and sustained output can make recovery the first thing sacrificed and pain the last thing addressed. This is private, individualized care for people who want their body to stop becoming a second job.
Your Body Is Part of Your Operating System
You do not need to identify as an athlete for your body to affect performance.
Back pain changes how you travel. Neck tension affects concentration. Poor sleep changes decision-making. A recurring shoulder problem turns every workout into a negotiation. Chronic discomfort quietly consumes attention that should be available for work, family, creativity and life.
The practical question is simple: how much of your bandwidth is this problem already buying without your permission?
Common Patterns I See
- Back pain from long sitting, travel or inconsistent training
- Neck and shoulder tension that escalates with workload
- Mobility that disappears during intense work periods
- Training injuries that never get enough recovery time
- Headaches, jaw tension or bracing that tracks with stress
- Repeated short-term treatment that feels good but never changes the pattern
- A body that works—until the calendar gets ugly
More Effort Is Not Always the Missing Ingredient
High performers are usually very good at effort. That can become the problem-solving tool applied to everything.
When the system spends too much time in high-alert mode, sleep, recovery, pain regulation, body awareness and clear reflection can all suffer. That does not mean stress literally causes every physical problem. It means the body has less margin when demand stays high and recovery keeps getting postponed.

Private Means Private
Executives, public-facing professionals, touring artists and others sometimes need discretion as much as they need good hands-on care.
Total Integrated Therapy is a solo signature practice. You work directly with me. I do not hand you off to a rotating staff, and I do not need your story to become marketing content in order for the work to matter.
Conversation stays focused on what is useful for understanding the problem and helping you move forward.
Efficiency Without the Assembly Line
I am not interested in rushing you through a standardized protocol in the name of efficiency.
Real efficiency is different: ask better questions, identify the most useful lever, treat deliberately, teach you what matters, and avoid creating dependence on treatment.
If something can be improved in fewer sessions because we understood it well, that is success—not a lost business opportunity.
What I Want to Know Before We Work
Tell me what is happening, what you have already tried, how the problem changes under stress or travel, what your normal training and recovery look like, and what you need to be able to do without constantly planning around your body.
The goal is not to turn you into a full-time patient. It is to give you more usable life back.
If Your Body Matters to What You Do, Let’s Talk
If I think my approach is a good fit, I’ll tell you what I see and what I’d suggest next. If I think the problem needs a different kind of professional, I’ll tell you that too.
