Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair.
In this video I have carefully designed a gentle chair yoga sequence that will help you to feel calm and relaxed throughout your whole mind and body.
All the yoga poses have been modified so that they can be done easily while seated in a chair. Doing yoga will help you to find more energy, bring flexibility back to your joints and reduce the stress in your body.

A regular yoga practice can assist with reducing stress, anxiety and tension as well as preventing sickness, disease and will help to slow down the aging process.
